"Just as well we only stayed 2 nights. Was cheap but nothing prepares you for the fact this is a converted office block in an industrial estate. Should be advertised as a hostel. Reasonably clean but stayed on a muggy day and not having aircon it was difficult to sleep."

The hotel is close to busy road so with the windows open it will be very noisy. I can see it being very hot in the summertime. Fortunately for us it was a 2 comfortable evenings.

"I asked the hotel is we could transfer our reservation to another one of THEIR hotels in a location closer to the train station. They advised to book and provide the confirmation number from their other property. I did this and after we checked in they sent a message that they would not cancel the reservation at their other hotel. So we paid for two hotels for one night. I felt very deceived by the hotel. "

We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. No garage parking available as they have to festival goers. Was lucky to get a spot up front, but only until 9 the next morning. Went to pay for parking at 9:10 am and already had a parking ticket. "

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."
