"Excellent beds, solid mattresses and breakfast is generous and delicious. They even have pancakes and sausages. I booked this place mainly because of the access to the pools next door (RapSoDie) which is now, unfortunately, closed for reconstruction. But even without swimming pool, this is a beautiful place to stay."

"As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant. Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves."

"A lovely Gasthaus in a quiet residential area not too far from the centre of Eberbach. The buffet breakfast was good, plus the evening meal I had when I arrived. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again."

"The Panorama Hotel is a couple minutes walk down the road from the old town of Waldenburg which has charming cafes and a wonderful Hungarian restaurant across the street from the castle. The views from the hotel's restaurant are breathtaking and the sauna is very relaxing."

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "

I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "

"The overall experience was remarkable. Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. In its absence, I had to make a local call but I had to borrow a phone from someone locally since I couldn’t make it from my phone that’s from other country."

"This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"

"Preis-Leistung für Frühstück (+20Euro) hat nicht gepasst. Waffelstation war aufgebaut, aber kein Waffelteig vorhanden (Mitarbeiterin teilte mir, das Gerät sei defekt). In Kaffeevollautomat wurde Milch erst auf Anfrage hin aufgefüllt. Kein frisches Obst mehr (ausser Äpfeln) um 8 Uhr...."

"room was way smaller than we thought (based on the pictures) room was hot and the window was awkward to open it, looked like a sliding door but it isn’t. there was a balcony but we couldn’t access it from the room due to that weird looking glass door. the mechanism to unlock the room door is just hard to use and hard to get used to. if you show up after driving or flying all day and you just want to get in your room and relax, well, the door lock might have different plans for you. "

"Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."
