"Problem during chek-in, auto chek-in didn't work, phone number from the main door didn't answer. If you need, use number from app. Kettle in the room doesn't work. Doors are not tight, you can hear everything from the corridor. Sink im bathroom was plugged."

"This hotel is a little gem! Don’t be fooled by the fact that the decor is classic old style, this place is spotlessly clean and meticulous. The apartment was so clean, the bathroom has had an upgrade and is lovely with a good shower and nice little touches with a basket holding clean flannels, sachets of shower gel and shampoo and even makeup pads and cotton buds! There is a fridge in the room and drinking glasses, a bottle opener and even a shoehorn hanging in the coat closet!! Nothing has been overlooked in this place and Olan who greeted us on arrival is friendly and welcoming. There is a bar downstairs and we stayed for the 3€ each continental breakfast which was splendid. All in all, this is a budget hotel that offers much more than it costs. Highly recommended. We would stay here again!"

"Really nice hotel. At the time of staying the weather was very hot which made the room extremely warm at night. It was a good thing they had a mobile fan in the room to keep cool. It was a shame no tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly"

"Close to everything like shopping and restaurants. We really appreciated the air conditioning unit over the front door but it was not on when we checked in and it was 85F that day so room was hot and stuffy. Also, we had a corner bigger room so the one air conditioning unit was not enough to cool the whole room down so only the entrance area stayed cool but not where the beds were. Everything else was good though so would still come back and stay again!"

"The design and layout of the room was excellent,with excellent shower facilities. Very convenient for the main railway station and local tram and bus stops. The hotel also provided free bus and tram passes. Room rate very acceptable."

"Modern and clean. Free parking and very easy to get and out of the lot. Breakfast was very good. We weren't staying in Augsburg long but from the hotel it was a fairly easy walk to the Schaezlerpalais. "

"We arrived late on a Saturday so no parking directly outside but just over the road and free. The hotel restaurant was very busy but also very good, they stopped serving at 9pm. Check in was quick and easy. Room was top floor. Stunning. Was a bit warm but it was 35 in June and they had provided 2 fans that helped. It was very clean. Snacks and water in room to purchase if required. Hotel was very quiet and we had the best night sleep. Breakfast the next day, wow. It was so nice. The lady serving coffee was friendly and efficient. The food was so good. 4 types of homemade yoghurts, cereals, dried fruits and nuts, 6 types.of jam, homemade. Fresh fruit, inc melon, Fresh bread, rolls, prtzels, pastries. Scrammbled and boiled eggs, bacon. Then there was the chilled section of hams, cheese, salami, pate ect. It wasnt just a few slices on a tray it was a redlly good selection. I do like a hotel breakfast and this was one of the best. It was a really lovely stay."

"This hotel was nice. You got a basic room but it was clean and did the job. The only thing I didn’t like was that their was no one at the front desk after 4:30. But, other than that the hotel was convenient. With a little shopping center and food places across the street and a nice little Indian restaurant right next door! If we ever go back to that area we would absolutely stay there again."
