The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable and the amenities were equally good. And we loved our interactions with the staff. "Defeintely worth the price. The Staff was great, rooms clean, and the AC was very much appreciated during the Heat Wave. The Hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown. Parking was 8 Euros. They also have a large appartment to rent for famlies. I would definately stay there again! "

Hot, no Aircon and if you open the window, we had the road, it was very noisy traffic even at 1-2am in the morning and the buses start early too! And someone from the restaurant downstairs was smoking in front of the hotel. TV controls don't work and only 2 channels ! "

"The easy proximity to the ferry, and the balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and promenade were such welcomed bonuses. Even when it rained we could sit and enjoy the view with the fresh air coming in, with plenty of space. We stayed in the family room, with lake view. Breakfast could not have been better. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)

"This is our go-to location when traveling with kids to Meersburg. The family room is excellent and the hotel is right next to the old town. Only wrinkle is that the parking they give you is about 15 minutes away and the map they give you isn't very well marked. Take about 5 minutes to get your GPS set before leaving the small loading zone next to the hotel."
"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had. Great place for a few nights in a lovely town, plenty of nature and walking options nearby."
