We wished that the hostel had announced that they have construction workers in the building using electric tool and making ALOT of noise from 7 in the morning. We DID NOT get to rest and get up when WE wanted to.. and that was the whole pilling with this vacay… found trash in the bunk bed, no bedsheets or nothing...

We had all the amenities we needed and the location was ideal for the plans we had in Berlin. There is a tram stop outside and a metro station nearby for trips further afield. The hotel has everything you need & a 24/7 vending machine extraordinaire behind it for any extras.The rooms were like a home away from home with full kitchen. Staff were incredibly friendly & kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
"Loved it. The sauna/pool/spa area was a real treat. Clean and beautiful. Only complaint is some noise from the courtyard at night and view into office buildings (many people at desks looking into our room) which is a little awkward and prompted me to keep the windows and drapes closed. "

They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin.
Breakfast? Outstanding. None of this sad wee bit of toast nonsense - proper variety, good coffee, and enough to keep you fuelled till dinner.
And the staff! Friendly without being fake, the kind of people who make you feel like a guest rather than a nuisance with luggage.

"We enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for our needs. The hotel is located close to the tram, and the central metro station, which made it easy for us to get anywhere we wanted. The only thing we weren't used to was that we got one free bag of coffee the first morning we were there, but for any additional nights we stayed, we had to pay for our own coffee after that. Whenever we stay at a hotel in North America, we would get a package of coffee each day. This is something we had to get used to, but just thought we would comment as it was new to us
