"Very close to the train station which made it perfect for a quick stay. We checked in very late at night, and the night concierge was rude, but the morning concierge made up for it with her kindness. The bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Essentials for travelers. "

"Don’t be afraid to ask the staff for more info on the city, and where to eat, they had good recommendations. The rooms were spacious and overall a pleasant stay oh and if there into the fancy stuff there’s a Michelin star restaurant next door. "

"Staff were extremely accommodating and kind, especially after a long day of travelling when we arrived, Marco the hotel receptionist made us feel extremely welcome and was very funny. Check in and out was especially easy. Rooms were really clean with a really comfy bed and smart TV. The location of the Hotel is a handy 20 minutes into the centre of Vienna. However, we booked the kitchenette room and did our own cooking one night . Everything you need is there although there is no bowl to eat from or a chopping board. Otherwise this stay was absolutely perfect and was far above our expectations of the place. The bar downstairs is good value and a nice atmosphere and there is nice coffee and tea for free in both the room and downstairs. Brilliant!"

"Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I wanted to see with most things being a fifteen minute walk. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower, hot and powerful. The entire hotel has a stylish somewhat funky design. The gym was small but fine and the large sauna was especially nice. Breakfast was excellent, especially the potstickers. would highly recommend the hotel."

"The location is a few minutes to the Praterstern train station. The hotel has plenty to do as well as a restaurant where the food was good but a little over priced but expected for a hotel. This did feel more like a hostel or a shared apartment complex rather than a hotel. I really enjoyed it and look forward to staying a other Social Hub locations."

"Very nice hotel and staffs … location is a bit far from city center however take 38 tram from the hotel through the end about 20 mins and you reach city center … 2 sparking water and 2 beers included every plus coffee and tea … also mini kitchen in the room is a plus. Really recommended if you want a nice hotel with good price ."

"This hotel was great, we stayed with two toddlers and had plenty of space. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was about 20 min walk to the old town but an easy walk. There are grocery stores across the street from the hotel. It was about $30 uber ride from the airport. The old town has free WiFi available. Would definitely stay here again. "
