"Only stayed one night when visiting the area with a family member. We had a friendly greeting and our host spoke English. It’s a pet friendly hotel as we had a small dog with us. The mattress and quality of the bedding were superb as was the Prija soap in the loo. Breakfast available for €18 but there is a bakery nearby (closed Wednesdays) for a cheaper option. Quiet area in a quaint village. Wifi did not work in the rooms only lobby area. "

"We stayed in a separate place a short walk from the hotel. A beautiful, large living room with a gorgeous view of the water. Loved how quiet it was there and the walkability of the town to go eat dinner. Would need a car to drive to other towns instead of taking a train but I can't really give opinion on train accessibility since we had a car."

Good communication with staff who are very helpful. Excellent breakfast and good local restaurants. Convenient for river cruise."

"I can't rave about this hotel enough. This is the second time I've stayed there and I purposely planned our trip for an overnight here. We biked from Eltsville to Koblenz and stopped here. They have a secure bike garage. Hotel is right on the Rhine overlooking a castle on the other side. Room is updated and modern and it overlooked the river. Great air conditioning. Dinner is a must - the BEST Sauerbraten in Germany and you have to get their local wine made at their winery. 5 of us went through 2 bottles and we could have had more! Staff is delightful. Breakfast was a feast with all offerings - fresh OJ, meats, cheese and fantastic local honey. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

" Disappointing Experience for a Relais & Châteaux Property While the setting and concept hold promise, our stay fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming—offering no assistance with luggage, which is surprising for a property of this caliber. Our room was dusty with a clogged shower that should have been addressed before our arrival. Small details like these matter, especially when a hotel presents itself as part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network. Unfortunately, the lack of service and attention to basic comfort overshadowed what could have been a charming "

"Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. I hope this review may encourage readers to enjoy a stay at this hotel as we have enjoyed. "

"When I booked this hotel I had no idea what to expect as I was ment to be going to Luxembourg but that hotel canceled on me so at the last minute I booked here as it looked so lovely. And I was not disappointed, I had no idea on the area or what to see or do. But once I got here the idea is to do nothing. Yes you can bike around or go on wine tasting but you can also sit and do nothing. That is what this place and hotel gives you. Peace and serenity. The staff are absolutely amazing and I need an extra night and they did their best to fit me in. I was so grateful. I did not taste the wine as I don’t drink but I saw many other visitors enjoying it. The breakfast was exceptional and just what you need to start up your day. The room and large and clean and have all you need to sleep and relax I was kindly offered a balcony room and that was just perfect for me. I could watch the world go by. I slept soundly and really enjoyed my time here. Will certainly come back. The manager (owner?) is second to none! Truly lovely lady. "

"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Rüdesheim am Rhein. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist went out of her way to ensure we were safely parked in the hotel parking lot appropriately 100 meters from hotel, through village. Room was clean and renovated. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Provided us with helpful guidance for touring this beautiful area of Germany. Staff spoke English and were very kind. A very lovely experience!"
