Pros: Price. Very quiet. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Lovely neighborhood. The restaurant right down the road (Swagatram, I think) was delicious. Bus stop right out front. Very clean.
Cons: Check in time (4pm-6pm) is a bit inconvenient. Check out is at 10am. WiFi essentially nonexistent, cell signal spotty. Wish it were slightly closer to either Olching or...

"This hotel is a little gem! Don’t be fooled by the fact that the decor is classic old style, this place is spotlessly clean and meticulous. The apartment was so clean, the bathroom has had an upgrade and is lovely with a good shower and nice little touches with a basket holding clean flannels, sachets of shower gel and shampoo and even makeup pads and cotton buds! There is a fridge in the room and drinking glasses, a bottle opener and even a shoehorn hanging in the coat closet!! Nothing has been overlooked in this place and Olan who greeted us on arrival is friendly and welcoming. There is a bar downstairs and we stayed for the 3€ each continental breakfast which was splendid.
All in all, this is a budget hotel that offers much more than it costs. Highly recommended. We would stay here again!"
"Fantastic budget hotel. Not far from Neuabing train station on the S8 s-bahn direct from Munich airport, the other side of Munich city centre. Hidden behind a tyre place but no noise from there. The hotel was Immaculately clean no matter what time of day. Superb continental breakfast too.
Parking is in front of the hotel, but please give the receptionist your car details otherwise youbrun the risk ofnit being towed away.
