Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für die örtlichen Gegebenheiten angemessen. Der Ski Keller ist alt. Die Teppiche in den Fluren haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Sauna ist nett aber klein und der Wirlpool war uns zu kalt. Wir waren zu zweit für ein Wochenende da."

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.

I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. Luckily i was there only 1 night."
