"I loved the fact that the property had so much kitchen utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker ect. Very different to the 3 useless pans at other accomodations I’ve stayed at in the past. Loved the privacy of the property. The quietness and the views!
Only downside was the second room didn’t have bedding only a blanket on top. But other than that would definitely recommend and book here again. "

- 3rd bed not made inspite of additional $$$ charged for the 3rd person. Apparently linen for 3rd person must be requested via email.
- 3rd bedroom lamp is busted. Kitchen dangling light is busted
- The color of the water from the tap is rusty yellow. Very basic,should have been disclosed.

Bear in mind there is really nothing in Coles Bay, just one small shop
We only went there to do the Wineglass Bay cruise but it was cancelled due to wind and rough sea. Unable to cancel accommodation which was frustrating"

"Very comfortable house with fantastic views & nice and quiet. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather so weren’t able to take advantage of beach. Day trip into Freycinet national park was easy 10 min drive. Make sure you take your everyday grocery with you as shop is 10 min drive. Had small problem with washing machine which was fixed immediately & could not get oven to work but lovely spot for couple to rest."

Nice views overlooking the golf course , pity I didn’t have time to play but looks a nice little 9 holer. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID."

Don’t make our mistake of walking up to the main visitor centre as you can take your car right up to the top car park to start this walk. There is also a boat cruise around the bay if weather allows.
