Great features! Location is great and lots of dining options close by! "

"The hotel rooms are so nice, the view from the higher floors is stunning, it’s a little out of the way but I would still say walkable or a short cab. I do wish their gym facility offered more options but overall amazing hotel friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby."

"The hotel room was a good size. Family of four and we each had our own bed. Had to use the couch to put our luggage on. Bathroom was fine. Hotel is easy walk to the universal studios and all the shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the nearest subway station for easy access to anywhere you want to go."

"Stayed three nights during World Expo. Breakfast was spectacular, huge assortment of hot and cold foot items, breads, soups, meats, seafood, salads, fruits, I can’t even name them all. Great for if you want to try new foods as well. The drink options were even spectacular, with more than basic water and coffee/tea. There were some free perks after certain times, I think I tried a cold noodle dish after a certain time and it wasn’t bad. The room was clean, bed comfortable, there was a foot massager, no onsen, but nice shower. "

"Very friendly staff and beautiful location. You can easily get to Umeda/Osaka Station (15 mins north) or Yodoyabashi Station (10 mins south) which will take you anywhere you need. Executive bar access is awesome! Pro tip: Go to CoDeli for drinks and snacks rather than the FamilyMart or Lawson so you can save a little."

"The overall experience was very pleasant. Room are small bur cozy, room cleaning service was once every 3 days, the stuff was friendly and caring. I haighly recommend this hotel, especially for the price and location. The 7 Eleven store is right near the hotel, the subway station is right outside the hotel, you can arrive at Expo very quick. "

"This is one of only 2 places I stay when in Umeda. The other is the Club rooms at the Granvia, the respire has no Club room available. Clean and very convenient to the train station, eats and shopping. Stay here and let me know what you think!"

" This hotel quickly became one of my favorite places to stay! I wish we had more time to enjoy it fully. The hotel offered a variety of on-site amenities, and the building itself housed shopping and dining options. They even provided coupons for some of the dining establishments within the building, which was a nice touch. The restaurant we dined at was fantastic—the food was excellent, and it was conveniently located just downstairs. The hotel's location was ideal; it’s within a 5-minute walk to the station for the local line, making it very easy to get around the city. There was also a park and an aquarium nearby, providing great options for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Access to all the locations we wanted to visit was incredibly easy, thanks to the close proximity of bus and subway lines. The pajamas they provided were so comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the laundry facility—there were only four washing machines, and unfortunately, one was out of order. However, there was a coin laundry just an 8-minute walk away, so it wasn't too inconvenient. Overall, this hotel was a beautiful place to stay and truly one of my favorites. I would definitely love to return!"

"Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes. Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel."
