"This hotel is a bit away from the Disney parks but the free shuttles work great! Not much restaurant options so a lot of trips to Family Mart if you don’t eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet did not look that great so we did not eat there, just grabbed some pastries from family mart. The hotel was turned into a Disney hotel so while the lobby area looks amazing I felt that the bathroom could use more updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This is a great hotel for people that like to run in the mornings before hitting the park!"

"This is a great hotel with excellent location in Narita - it is about a 2-minute walk to JR Narita Station and a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station. While it is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet, with friendly service and well-priced. The in-hotel restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and their staff is also very friendly as well. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. I will happily stay here next time I stay in Narita. "

"This was my 3rd stay at Soranoyu. The facility is always nice and clean and amenities and services are updated regularly so that repeated customer won’t get too tired of their services and amenities. After over 10 hour flight in tiny economy seat to sit down, coming here to take a break for mind and body make the trip more enjoyable. I forgot to bring the key to go to the bathroom in a middle of the night, but no stress! There is always a front desk staff who can help you. (Thank you!☺️) This facility has a room for a family, couple and or a small group and also have a family Onsen to reserve ahead."

"The staff are amazing and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are relatively small, but immaculate. The breakfast is a must for a mere 1900~ yen. The bathroom is massive with a separate room just for showering and bathing. And there is a massive 3 floor, 4 block shopping mall next to it. Although most the mall does close at around 2100."
