I was blocked by a strike that people told me occurs every year. I explained that to them, they didn't care. They took the whole amount from my credit card. Greedy people. Don't book with them. Highlights include being clean, safe, having electric charging easily available on-site and having several eating options available within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't very good and it's relatively expensive - possibly due to being in an expensive region of France. Would stay again if I had to stop somewhere in the area."

Will definitely be returning with friends next year a lovely experience and hopefully overtime, money will be spent on the interior. The food is superb. The scenery is unparalleled."

"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited.
Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor.
Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. Breakfast was included and was good.
