"This hotel is very conveniently located right next to the old street. Hotel room includes breakfast and dinner which are fairly good taste. Hotel room has good view and with private hot spring. But public hot spring spa in the hotel is well maintained, clean and offered many amenities. Enjoyed both private and public hot spring in the hotel. Would like to come back."

"It was amazing, we stayed on Monday and there was NO ONE IN THE HOTEL EXCEPT THE STAFF AND US. The breakfast was fine, elevator was good, the room had some space which is good. There was a really big shower and bathroom area and there was also breakfast. The outside view was good and the hotel was mostly awesome."

"The hotel is located in central yilan city and close to public transit. Staffs are nice. But the e cleaners is a big concern. There are mold everywhere on floor, ceiling, bathroom and tiles are all covered by mold. Very depressing staining in the room. The facility is old which is fine , but the cleaners need to be improved "

After long hours splashing around, we sank gratefully into spotless rooms with large, comfortable king‑size beds. The accommodations, though clean and well kept, did have a few quirks. Space felt tight once all our luggage was in, the glass‑walled bathroom offered little privacy, and the view from our window was limited to the rooftop rather than any scenery. Fortunately, we spent most of our waking hours outdoors enjoying the hotel’s amenities, so these drawbacks never came close to eclipsing our fun. Breakfast followed the same pattern: it wasn’t a lavish continental spread, but it delivered a satisfying range of local dishes along with a handful of Western staples. Anyone accustomed to European‑style morning fare might find it modest, yet we left the dining room content and ready for another day in the pools. All told, Art Spa Hotel struck an excellent balance for a family holiday. The minor inconveniences of the rooms paled beside the sheer variety of water attractions and the overall cleanliness of the property. "I had a lovely experience with the absolute sweetest hosts. The couple hosting this stay were so welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home in such a cozy space. We really enjoyed getting to know them, and they also provided various suggestions to visit around the area. The property itself is beautiful with incredibly spacious rooms. Every morning at their restaurant next door, they cooked traditional Taiwanese vegetarian dishes that were delicious, hearty, and filling. We also wanted to ride bikes around town, and they were so kind to fix up some of their bikes and lend them to us for the day. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation, and would love to come back again."
