"This is a nice farm house. Unfortunately when our flights were delayed the owner stated they could not give us a refund for the two nights we would miss due to the place being fully booked. When we arrived we were the only room there in a place with 22 rooms and the following night one other group arrive for a total of 2 rooms out of 22 being used. However, there was no extra blankets or pillow cases for all the extra pillows. Rooms were noisy from the vents when the wind was blowing. Plus there was a coffee make for one person, it would be nice to have a larger coffee make and two hot water kettles for tea etc. Just didn't seems like it was set up for larger groups. "Perfect place to stay as a base to do some hiking in the mountains. Wonderful that it has an onsen complimentary for guests - very welcome after a hike! Communal cooking & eating facilities extensive and a good place to meet other guests. Friendly and helpful staff.
The only minor negative was no air-conditioning as it was quite warm. "
"The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The bus runs only a couple of times a day from the airport so plan accordingly and is at the top of a hill (which makes sense for ski but is a trek if you're on your feet). It is a very clean and beautiful property and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. The views from the room are spectacular. "

Not just the location is fantastic - you walk down the corner and road and you have the train and bus station, to also Aeon Mall for all your food needs etc. Premiere has been my favourite so far above other hotel groups. Clean, spacious, comfortable for use. Be patient with the in room aircon. Breakfast was worth the purchase with the raw salmon and salmon being very tasty to all the other options as well. Bathrooms are also comfy with staff being super helpful and understanding. Very easy to ask for advice. Including a bus stop just across the road from hotel for the airport. Even close than the bus station… Everything was good. Thank you.

"We loved our stay! This was perhaps the most thoughtfully designed house I’ve stayed in. For example, a bathroom with a seat and grab bar (great for anyone sore after a long day, not just seniors); a compact drying rack that somehow fits a full load of laundry; subtle black-cat decor that adds a cute touch but doesn’t clash with the wooden farmhouse aesthetic.
Our favourite part of our stay was interacting with Kyoko-san, who runs the place solo yet is always cheerful and available when you need her! We enjoyed our chats with her and she gives the best recommendations for what to do in Furano!
And the animals! Moon-chan, the resident dog, greeted us each morning and evening, and the property has chickens, a donkey, a goat, and even an owl.

"Dormy Inn is a well-run hotel chain with consistent quality and service across the hotels. We love the yogurt drinks, ramen and ice cream. Dormy Inn is our top choice when visiting Japan. The room was clean and comfortable actually slightly more spacious especially the bathroom. The onsen is excellent with high quality water and clean and sauna. There is a reason why you can feel the difference staying here--the rooms are often sold out. We love Japan and would stay in Dormy Inn if near our destinations. Great Stay!!!"

"Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. Anyways, it's a walkable distance from the Asahidake Ropeway, and there's a short marsh hiking path nearby. It's a long drive to the hotel, so I would mainly recommend it if you want to go to hiking on Mount Asahidake."

"The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from Furano town, tucked away in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by nature. It was so relaxing to wake up to the beautiful mountain views right from our room.
The onsen was super soothing after a day of exploring! It does get a bit crowded in the evening, so I’d recommend going later at night if you want a quieter time. The whole area is really calm and picturesque, perfect for winding down.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Furano!"

Face wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but lotions are not. There are items you can rent like humidifiers, hair irons, and hair dryers but they are limited in quantity. Overall great stay! "
