"This place is magical. The people are welcoming and kind. Service is great and the view of our room was astonish. What a great family time we had. Thank you for making my husband birthday so special. Hopefully we will go back in the future. "
"Accueil extra, endroit très tranquille, immense domaine marchable, aménagement paysager superbe. Faune et flore sur la site intéressants. Communication facile en tout temps, possibilité de commander facilement dans les restau du coin avec livraison à la porte.
Stationnement à la porte. Patio avec petit frigo, mais sans possibilité de faire cuire ou chauffer de la nourriture.

"Very convenient with lots of activities to do. Super safe and clean. Also close to national park and La Leona (by car). Included activities are cool. Tubing is the best everdone anywhere! (Not included but worth it)
A bit lack of intimacy as neighbours are very close and you can ear them talk in their room. Food is good but a bit expensive and no other choice around."
"The property and grounds are amazingly beautiful. This property is set back off the main road and is next to only 1 other unit which makes it private but also very relaxing. The hosts are wonderful people and gave us excellent advice on what to do and where to go and even taught us about the trees and animals. This place is absolutely the best option in this area. "
"An outstanding hotel
Staff were so friendly and helpful
Room was stylish, large, lived the outdoor shower
2 restaurants food was excellent in both and wines very good
Breakfast was best in Costa Rica - buffet style - lots of choice and delicious
Bar area was fun for a pre dinner cocktail and a fun games room
Pool area was lovely and tranquil with a great hot whirl pool for relaxing in after morning activities
The free afternoon yogo with Jeremy was fantastic and so nice after a day tubing
The trail walks were great for bird spotting and we had a nice swim in the Rio Celeste at the bottom
Definetely recommend this hotel "
"We stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place was spotless - the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony were all exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The balcony offered a stunning view of Lake Arenal, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The two hosts were fantastic - warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, a perfect start to the day.
Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!"
"The property has amazing little creatures outside at night. The parrot is amazing. It was the only hotel that smelled good my entire trip. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Vida Aventura Ranch. We were the only visitors staying here at the time, which meant we had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves.
The owner, Jorge, was very kind and we had "
"Alexandra went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She made a fruit smoothie and coconut snack as a welcome treat. The Tico studio was very functional and fit the jungle environment.
The bed was very comfortable and with the sound of the rain I fell asleep quickly and awoke refreshed. Honestly the best sleep and rest if the trip.
Alexandra made empanadas and tea for breakfast. Totally unexpected as the description didn't indicate that breakfast was included."
"An amazing place with a super staff. They can help plan different activities around the area, and are very helpful with any request. We had a great time staying there. Monkeys and a toucan just outside our room, and we went on a jungle hike to see sloths and other creatures just 10 minutes away. They’re very committed to sustainable living and eco tourism. "
Buena Vista del Rincon Eco Adventure Park, Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Activities on site were fantastic. A little bit of walking but needed after eating all the wonderful meals. Very organic with nature all around. Staff was friendly and courteous."
"Anna was great! The room had a gorgeous view. We received breakfast every morning which was delicious. I would definitely recommend for anyone who was peace and quiet during their stay in Costa Rica!"
"We stayed for one night at the end of May 2025. The property is very well maintained and immaculate. The owner are very nice and caring. The breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend. "
"What a beautiful place and the owners and staff is so kind and makes you feel so welcome. The cabins are very nice, food is delicious and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. I wish my time here could have been longer as there is so much more to explore. I hope to bring my kids here soon."
"This resort was beautiful and I felt so at peace staying there. The grounds were immaculate and soaking in the hot springs was the highlight part of my evening. Highly recommend! "
"My wife and I loved this property. 3 adults and 2 children in our group. If you are okay with simple accommodations with great service and beautiful scenery you have to stay here. Grounds were immaculate when we arrived and we were greeted with 2 Toucans as we headed to our cabin. Tons of hummingbirds flying around.
This place just felt so full of life! The hikes on the property were great. Took my 77yr old dad to the waterfall. He had no issues. We were the only ones there our first day and our family had the place to ourselves. It felt like our personal playground. Dinner and breakfast onsite was great and lots of food. Super fresh! Would highly recommend it if you're looking to be with nature! I will definitely come back!"
"If you enjoy unique places, Destino is a MUST DO! The photos are exactly what you get - no unpleasant surprises. The villa we stayed in for 3 nights has 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite toilet and sink. Each has access to 2 showers, an indoor and an outdoor. The infinity pool was a fabulous way to cool down and relax after a day of hiking. The kitchen was fully equipped for four people with full sized fridge, gas oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, small drip coffee machine, stove top expresso maker, and a ricemaker. There's air conditioning that we used only at night for sleeping. Dining is el fresco with wonderful views from the deck. Orlando was an excellent communicator and was super helpful and accommodating.
The location is a little off the beaten path, but honestly, that's definitely part of the charm! The dirt road is steep in places, but absolutely no issues in our rented rear wheel drive Toyota Rush. The landscape is fun to explore, with plenty of kilometers to walk. There is a view of the Rio Blanco and a path/steps down to it for those who are able.
You don't want to miss a stay at Destino! "
"We only stayed one night to go to Rio Celeste Waterfall. It is walking distance 8 min from the Cabinas. We didn't have to pay for parking!! Marjory was very helpful when asked what else can we do in the area. We emailed back and forth before our trip. Marjory set us up with Henry as a night tour. We saw a Tapir!!! Not too many people get to see a Tapir in its natural surroundings. I would highly recommend to stay here while visiting the Rio Celeste and then go on the night tour with Henry. Marjory can help with that. While on our hike to the waterfall, Marjory even did our laundry. So thankful!!! We saw a toucan in their backyard and humming birds."
"We only had one night at the Agua Inn, but would stay again. The grounds were beautiful, staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The sound of the river nearby was soothing. "
