"The Eisenhut was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable stays we have ever had. The hotel is clearly brand new in renovation but ran as if it has been operating for years at perfection. The room was spotless and comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We have not one critique- which is rare. Breakfast was even phenomenal. Would not only stay again, we WILL stay again. "

Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. "What can I say….5 stars all round. We had an exceptional stay. We have been travelling Europe for the last month staying is some stunning hotels along the road….nothing compares to the Sonus Alpis. The beds wow, service is spot on, views to die for and possible the best breakfast selection anywhere in the world. I will be back. Plus parking is FREE 😁"
"Our stay at Mountain Design Hotel was beyond amazing. From the time we checked in until the moment we left nothing could have been better. We were very fortunate to have met the owner Rowland. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His suggestion of hiking trails put us on the best hike that we have ever done. His staff was so accommodating, polite, and just a pure please to interact with. No, it does not stop there. The food was from the local markets and prepared to perfection. We will be back
