The hotel has recently been sold & our check in was at a hotel across the street but we were not notified of this. No signs at the former reception as to checkin procedure. The parking must be reserved in advance.

"Everything about my stay was good. Wish the A/C unit was cooler. It is misleading to say A/C when Switzerland has regulations indicating that the unit can only cool to a certain temperature. 79 degrees was the coolest we could get it. So if you are traveling in the he summer months be prepared for open windows and hoping it's a little cooler out. "
"While it isn't right by old town, its an easy walk or bus. Busses come frequently! The beds were very comfortable! My family of 4 including 2 teens were very comfortable."

"Wonderful hospitality! This was a visit we won’t ever forget. The hotel is nestled into the side of a mountain in the Alps. The village below is picturesque. At the lodge we were given a tour of the owners memorabilia of his racehorse Justify who won the Triple Crown. Being huge Derby fans we really appreciated this. Dimitri was so good to us and really made this visit stand out. Great hotel and spa."

"We spent only one night to visit the Filisur bridge, we had dinner at their restaurant amd the staff was super friendly and helpful. The heater could be a bit lower, it was suuper hot during the night and there was no switch to control it.
We came late March and the neighbourhood was super quiet, no other restaurants. If you prefer to save up is better to bring food. The coop market is just below, you can also stock up there."
