"I stay at this hotel every year, and each time, at some point during my trip, I wonder why I booked this hotel again, with its incredibly soft mattresses. Personally, I don’t like soft mattresses at all, and this is a big downside, but the hotel is otherwise so wonderful that I’ve probably returned ten times over the years. The spa is nice, the location is good assuming you want to stay in Suree. The service is really friendly, and the breakfast is okay."

Excellent location and hotel provides free bus passes during guest stay which is great especially with the bus stop right by the hotel exist when using their free Funicular. Breakfast was great but we ate out the rest. Our bed was the most comfortable since our stay in Europe the last 10 days. "

"Stayed in the honeymoon suite with our two boys and parents and there was plenty of room however only one shower. The location is excellent - centrally located and very walkable. Hotel staff was nice and facility was clean. My mom was very happy to have fresh towels every day without asking. No AC and temperatures in the 80's, so an extra oscillating fan would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. "

Despite being near a main road it was quiet, although deliveries to a nearby business was quite loud on a couple of mornings. The single room I had was a good size but the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was amazing with a great continental selection. The staff at the hotel were extremely informative when I checked in and very friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and Old Town. There is also good public transport connections nearby."
