"Had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at LSG for a week. The hotel is situated at the top of a hillside in a little medieval village and is just picturesque. All around is serenity and nature.
The hotel is a lovely place, has adequate sized rooms and they are very comfortable. The best part is waking up and looking straight out onto the mountains and hearing the sounds of nature !!
Food at the hotel is delicious and their cheese fondue and ice creams are the best !

There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning which is hard at 36°C outside temperature. Rooms to the street are rather noisy in the moring (if window is open due to lack of air conditioning), lake view rooms are more expensive. There is nothing around so you are fixed to the hotel's service, which is O.K."

"Settled right in the middle of town and only a minute from the train station, Hotel Landhaus exudes authenticity. It is unpretentious but offers a lovely restaurant with terrace seating suitable from early morning to late post concert hours. My room was spotlessly clean with lovely views of the town and Alpine valley landscape. The bedding is superior - I had the best night’s sleep after the evening’s recital in historic Church Saanen. "We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall."
