"The Penthouse is a blissful experience and if you need anything Gilbert will ensure your get it. We asked if he could get us snapper and vegetables for dinner and he organised for it to be delivered and grilled for us by an onsite chief. It was delicious 10/10 and we could continue our holiday without worrying about food. Swahili house is everything we were looking for, Diani beach experience but more peacful without the crowds. "Never been so nervous staying here, the cottage was in the middle of no where, the entrance was not secure and couldn't lock it. Only very hot water for the showers no cold. The staff were friendly but the cottage was not very clean, the view of the ocean was good but very expensive for what we got."

"Reef Hotel is a fantastic place to stay—truly a super hotel in a stunning location. It’s set right on the ocean, with its own deck chairs in the resort with a small path down to the public beach, making it perfect for relaxing by the water.
Our room was excellent—spacious, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. We had constant hot water, a working fridge and safe, excellent air conditioning, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The hotel also felt very sustainable and blended beautifully into the local surroundings.
One of the standout features was the variety of eating and drinking options—two restaurants, several bars, and even a club, offering something for every mood and time of day. We also felt very safe during our stay; security was clearly a priority, with a guard even watching over guests' belongings while swimming.
The only downside was a lack of communication and coordination between different parts of the hotel, which led to a few minor inconveniences. However, this didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really enjoyable and memorable stay. "
