They had a full bar with good drinks, and a variety of games to help pass the time. We played scrabble while relaxing with a few beers. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. "Our favorite thing about this hotel was the prime location. You can walk one minute to get to the underground and also close to a bus stop. It is the old hard rock so the bar is very fun and large. They also do live music some nights. The rooms were pretty basic but nice. "

The service was amazing by everyone except for the young, long-haired girl in a suit who seemed to be the front desk manager. She was rude and extremely unpleasant; with not one word of acknowledgment nor a simple smile directed at us when making a simple request. The younger front desk staff were amazing! "
