"This property was ideally located. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and the social room was a fun place to play games and do puzzles etc. Overall it was very charming and I would definitely stay there again. Ps- I would also recommend the breakfast basket option for at least one morning, it was a nice touch. "

"Buffet was great and easy option with kids. Kids loved the pool. The pool water is warm! I usually hate how cold hotel pools are, our home pool is heated and I just cannot stand cold pools so it was nice! Kids loved the activities. Perfect family hotel for families with young children!"

"What should we say other than this little boutique treasure is the greatest! The staff is so responsive and responsive to every request. We had a sudden problem in our room and the staff moved us to an even larger room! The breakfast is standard French fare but fresh and tasty as a buffet. Ample public parking is steps away, and we were no more than 5 minutes from the promenade, the walled fortress, shopping, and the very best restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!!!!!"

"A bench or two outside would be great. Has outside patio for the dining area when it is open. Chair in our room was broken and brought this to the attention of front desk. Clean accommodations with great view of St. Lawrence. Pool area was relaxing. We will be back. Night time attendant was helpful for checking in."

"We stayed three night with 2 kids. The location was good and just steps away from Grand Alley. Had a lot of food options near the hotel. Parking was also easy, bed were comfortable and i requested the staff to mop the floor as one of my kid crawl, and they did that for us. The overall great experience "
