We were there for Capitol City Brewfest, which we were unaware of when we planned the trip. Very nicely done,live music in the streets around the Capitol. Very safe and family friendly event with plenty of good beer and stuff for kids to do also.

Carson City is a gem. First time for us to visit here and it feels like a warm place to be. It is a unique find for us as we typically go to Tahoe City and Reno. Now we know it is fine city to visit and stay!
