Access to restaurants are within walking distance and most will deliver to the inn. Then breakfast was freshly cooked, clean and delicious - well, who can complain about bacon, sausages and eggs!

"In town just one night for a class reunion. Was worried about Franklin Blvd traffic noise when we arrived, but it was not an issue at all. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Our deck overlooked the Mill Race and park so it was a nice view. We are used to toilets that are much higher; their low one took some getting used to! But a good quad workout🏋️ Staff was pleasant. Good location close to campus and easy to get to other areas in the city fairly quickly. "
