"We were able to park outside the property which was free from 8pm-8am and the cost per hour was 1.20.
The room was clean and modern, although slightly small but this did not matter as it was only a one night stay.
Check in and out was easy.

Alessia, the Front Desk checked us in prompt and professionally, and also made an incredible Recommendation to visit Sirolo and some restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also a wonderful. They make eggs on Order, and all you can eat all you can drink. Bathroom was large, modern remodeled rooms while small are extremely functional comfortable and air conditioning is cold. TV is smart as as the rest of this property. Easy safe parking. Very well located. Especially if driving up from Puglia & Marche up towards Venice. Excellent overnight. "House in the middle of fields. Picturesque surroundings. Peace, quiet, safety. Very friendly owners. There is a dog, a cat, ducks, peacocks. Beautiful view of the town on the hill from the pool. A few minutes by car to the nearest beach. Great internet. I spent a wonderful time there with my son. We will gladly come back here.

"This is an older hotel (think 60s/70s decor and wood paneling), but felt much nicer than most similar properties I’ve stayed at. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the lobby is open and staffed 24 hours, the breakfast buffet is quite sizeable and tasty, and the location is directly across from the train station, where you can easily catch taxis or an airport shuttle."

"Love this place! This was not my first time at this hotel and you simply cannot beat the view and terrazza and the food at this little gem. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around us setting up tables. They could definitely improve on that. It certainly will not stop me from going there again and again. They are very pleasant and helpful. It must be noted, however, that if you require an elevator, be sure your room is on a floor with the elevator. Not all rooms are."
"Very nice room for a brief stopover in Ancona. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. No kettle or fridge was a bit annoying. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal so it was very convenient as a spot to stay the night before, lots of supermarkets nearby too."
