The hotel is located near to the seafront and is in walking distance to St Annes Pier and the town centre. I am originally from Lytham St Annes so know the area well. Regular bus services are available from St Annes to Lytham and also further afield.
"My stay was good the room was clean & comfy bed only problem was they put us in an accessible room which we didn’t book so was very wary about pulling cords apart from that the stay was good & would stay again"

"It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"
