"Amazing hotel. You’re 2 mins walk from the Duomo. We stayed in the suites which were nicely presented. The breakfast is 100% homemade, cakes, jams, marmalades. Very friendly staff. I’m not sure if there was a restaurant but you’re a short walk away from many. "

"Hotel lobby is not on the ground floor. Entrance is a bit difficult to locate. Also, entrance is not welcoming. However, if you make it to the lobby on an upper floor…You will LIKE it. Public areas & rooms are old European style. Hotel is clean and well cared for. Bathrooms are modern and functional. My room was LARGE and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and selections ample. Hotel is on Piazza Republica. The music in summer plays until about 2am. I loved it. If you want peace & quiet=ask for a room NOT facing the piazza. LOCATION is Very Good for all touristic purposes. Bed was excellent."

"Upside is that breakfast was included. Dinner menu was limited in choice. There were no lighter options. For example; salad, charcuterie board. The gardens and view are spectacular. The walls are surprisingly thin. I could clearly hear people’s conversations as well other activities. Air conditioning was working well which was appreciated during the warm days. Shuttle service has 2 drops off locations. Michael Angelo (great sunset) and the second location brings you within 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Bring good walking shoes ! "

She knew everything about Firenze's history and many hidden information and places that you wouldn't find on Internet. She was super welcoming and gave us so may tips to make our trip better.
