"There was no one to check us in - just a a note - that I couldn’t read because it was only in French - so inconsiderate. When I finally translated the note, it said that they couldn’t hire people to check us in. Of course, the instructions were in French & very unclear even after we translated them. (BTW - I have traveled to approx. 40 countries so foreign languages are not new to me, but this was an unnecessary problem that they created.).
Also, the ad said that they had a BBQ - I assumed...

" Room was ok , door for the room was broken off one track . There was a strong humidity smell in the hotel but i guess it was from the pool . I was in a far room for the wifi apparently so the connection was non functional and the t.v's cut out all the time . So we slept early and left early . I was in a motel on my way up that was alot cheaper and was better maintained . It was not worth the price ."

They had a kettle (hooray!) instead of a coffee machine plus a small frig with freezer compartment for ice packs (terrific!) Note that Reception may only speak French as I had to interpret for couple after me who could only speak English. On the main street of Rimouski and after a while I didn't hear traffic. "
