You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Room is large, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. "This property is one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. The property is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and had a lovely view. The room we stayed in was actually a full suite with living room, full kitchen, large bedroom and huge bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The staff went way above and beyond to make our stay perfect, including arranging our dinner. Breakfast the next morning was gourmet and delicious. The next day I found Kennedy Beach Villa, the only place that had those 3 features. So I booked the Villa. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been too.
