"The hotel was beautiful, quiet and clean. Staff was amazing. I arrived very late for checking after giving them a heads up and front desk staff were still nice and lively after 11pm at night. "

"Mint House provides all the benefits of an apartment at a hotel price. The rooms include a kitchen and even a washer/dryer, so for the first time in my life, I arrived back home without having any laundry to do. The staff bends over backwards to help with anything, and Lala was especially helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork, when their welcome message landed in my junk mail. The fun part of Nashville is just a short walk away: Take a right out of the hotel, a left on Union Street, then take a right at 5th Street or below and follow the music. One small caveat, though: I'm over 70 years old, and I struggled to get out of the low platform bed every morning. And taking a shower was a bit treacherous: There's a very high-stepping bathtub and absolutely nothing to hold onto once you're under the shower, not even a towel rack. They told me that accessible rooms are available, so if you're old or have mobility issues, I'd suggest contacting the hotel for one of those rooms."

"At the tome of check-in, the line was long and the smoke alarms went off. The management team came out to check on things abd then went back to the office. They looked and saw that the line was long and one of them stopped and asked the front desk clerk if he was ok. He said yes. Why ask when you see the line long and people are waiting? Overall the front desk clerk (Efren) and the hotel was great."

"Shout out to the girls in the front and to whoever is behind the scenes answering text (they might be the same people, lol). They were quick, helpful, and kind EVERY time I interacted with them. The text for support feature was a PLUS for me! Very convenient!"
