Everything was great. We walked to eat dinner at Chico's which was amazing. We had dessert at Dairy Queen which was super packed but surprisingly very quick. We went to the lake which was nice and relaxing. Overall a great place to visit!

It's a city on a hill with some very nice water areas, but the town itself is going the way of most rural communities .. tired. It felt very safe and was very quiet so it is a nice town to ride your bike, go for a run, swim at the swimming hole

We chose to stop for the night in Santa Rosa instead of Albuquerque because we enjoy the small town feel and safer area. They also have good restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

Not much to do here other than hanging out at the lake since the blue hole is closed but it was nice! People in this town are very friendly, so that was a plus. Nice just for a little get away from the city.

I have visited Santa Rosa once before about a year ago and there were far less businesses than last year and last year about 1/3 of the businesses were vacant. Great Mexican restaurant and Dairy Queen!

A convenient place to stop on a route 66 tour. Not a lot to do, but you're going to want to get back on the road anyway.

Fun things to do. Wish there were more food options open in the evening.
"Everything was good. I appreciate wood floors and no carpet considering the hotel is pet friendly. Check in was easy, fast and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful and courteous."
"This is my favorite hotel in Santa Rosa by far. It's so nice. Just make sure to keep the door closed because those bugs by the light get into the room. "
