"I turned the shower on and the shower head almost killed me. It was heavy and flew off. There were German cockroaches. The room I was moved to had a soft floor and black mold. Only some of the facility has working Wi-Fi, the washer and dryer are in a scary dirty back room. Staff tried to be accommodating and are very nice but this place should be condemned. "

"I enjoyed the staff and they were friendly and helpful. My first night was awesome. My second night there were rude people outside making noise had to call the desk to have them take care of it which is no bad reflection of your hotel there are just some people who shouldn’t be allowed out in public. My only complaint was your pool area really needs works the hand rail by the steps isn’t even safe it pulls right out of the cement. As for around the area trash needed to be done more often and house keeping left a huge bad of dirty something right outside my door with an empty ice bucket."

"Great service, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds! Won't stay anywhere else when we come down for our state convention! They even had Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash and not travel size they were big bottles. Please don't take those bottles if you stay there. It was very nice for them to have that provided in the rooms. I have never seen that before and that was a very kind of provision. "
"It was quiet. The staff was great and helpful. Its close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I enjoyed myself. The only thing I didn't like was no outlet close to the tv where we could hook up our video games. I had to get an extension cord. Other than that. 10/10"
