"You had staff available to check us in when we arrived unlike any of the extended stay reservations"

"We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed another day. We were on a two week wandering, staying at a different motel each night. All of the others were highly rated chain brands, but this one turned out to be the best. It is truly welcoming from the family operating the motel to the spotlessly clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast options generous and tasty. Parking was easy and safe. A plus for us was that there are almost twenty covered bridges within a thirty mile radius that are worth visiting, and other similar such attractions as well. We hope to go back next time we are in Indiana."

"Drove 8 hours and they did not honor our reservation. Suggested I take a single queen bed room and share it with my 17 year old daughter. I declined and requested my deposit be returned (which still has not happened!) Pictures online DO NOT MATCH room decor or appearance. Lobby bathroom was overrun with dirty tissues and a nasty toilet. I cannot make this up. My daughter refused to use the bathroom. We sat in the car in the parking lot for about 45 minutes until we found another organization that could accommodate our 13 day stay that ended up being 45 minutes from the venue where her AAU games were being held instead of 12 minutes away. All in all, everything happens for a reason as this place isn't suitable for occupants... should be condemned. "
