"It was as advertised, nice very clean room with great shower, comfy bed, close to pool, parking right outside your door and a short walk across the beach parking lot to the beach, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

"The room was very clean and a great price, the beach you can walk to is not so bad it’s very small in between private beaches the water was warm and definitely swimable for sure but I would recommend going to to mayflower beach about 22 minutes across the cape it’s in the bay and the water was so clear and the water was very calm! Pat I believe the owner is very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend staying here to a friend or family and I’ll definitely be back!"
"We had a great stay. We stayed in room 10, a suite, which was perfect for our family. Motel has a private beach which was very nice. My family didn’t even want to go check out other beaches because they liked this one so much. Well situated, close to many restaurants and attractions. About 55 minutes drive to Provincetown for the afternoon. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, as were the other amenities (grills, firepit, ample seating areas. Overall a wonderful time. "
"My husband and I ended up driving out to the cape earlier than we had planned so we needed to find a last minute place to stay. The price was reasonable (a Wednesday at the end of August) and the location was ideal.
We were pleasantly surprised. The room was great! We booked a king room right near the pool. It was super quiet, great shower, and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out front of our room when we arrived Wednesday evening and even managed to sneak in some time on the pool deck before we left.
The only small issue we had was trying to locate front desk personnel for check out morning but all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It is within walking distance to a small park and a quick drive to Cape Roots which is a great breakfast spot! "
