"I came here from Phoenix, AZ and stayed here for a week. It has been an amazing experience. The housekeeping service was punctual and paid great attention to detail. The breakfast had an exceptional selection and taste/quality rivaled any hotel I’ve ever been in. Even the lunch buffet had many options, excellent quality, great tasting, and very reasonable priced. Th front desk staff spoke English, were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is perfectly situated in Savassi and everything you would need is within walking distance to include nice restaurants. The gym is nothing to brag about but I just paid for a one month membership (which was inexpensive) at a gym that was just a 10-12 minute walk down the street. The price I paid was the equivalent that I would pay for a typical hotel in the US but with 4-5 star service and amenities. My only complaint was that the WiFi signal in my room was intermittent but it could have been my room specifically. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belo Horizonte!"

"I stayed in the hotel dor one night. The rooms were good, but it didn’t has enough space to open a luggage. The bathroom and shower were great. The rooms had a good noise isolation as well. I couldn’t hear the traffic with the windows closed. The breakfast was great with a good variety and the free parking helped a lot."

"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "
