This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. We decided not to stay because my wife felt extremely unsafe: there were people running and shouting in the corridor, and some lady crying in another room. We KINDLY asked for refund, but we were denied. I would strongly advise anyone against staying in this hotel"
