"New property close to historic old city Ayvalik. Very clean rooms and surroundings. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast served everyday on the outdoor patio. Free onsite parking provided (a rarity for downtown Ayvalik). You have to navigate narrow cobblestone streets to reach the hotel when arriving by car since it is located in the old town. Will stay again when we are in Ayvalik."

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking through Hotels.com. We had reserved two rooms and received a confirmation, but upon our arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available.
Additionally, the hotel environment was unacceptable. The property was filled with strong smoke from a nearby restaurant, which permeated the rooms and made the atmosphere unbearable. The rooms smelled of smoke, and the cleanliness was also concerning: the bathroom was dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the sheets were covered in hair. As a result, I was forced to leave in the middle of the night.
Given this experience, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be using Hotels.com for my future bookings.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements are made to prevent others from facing similar issues."
