"I love when you book at a Hilton property and know it will live up to the standard one expects. We arrived later in the evening and after a full day of driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to be able to know everything would clean and comfortable. The room was well designed, confortable sheets and bed (though it was a small double and not a queen or king). Crabtree and Evelyn shower products. Lovely view. "

"This was my second time staying here. I made Safranbolu a stop on my trip just so I could stay at Efe Guest house for a few days. The hospitality and the kindness of the owners are beyond exceptional. I felt even more at home this time than the last time; now I feel like part of the family and would look forward to coming again. The house is well-kept; the terrace on the top floor where breakfast is served is so peaceful and offers a lovely view. The breakfast is good. Thank you Yasin Bey and family for your kindness."

"The hotel is in the Ottoman style of the area. The welcome at check-in was perfect and the service was great throughout our stay. We had a corner room which was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was small it was adequate with a powerful shower. The Turkish breakfast had a good variety of fresh dishes and was plentiful. Our room was next to the road and we could hear the traffic passing by, however it did not disturb us. We found the location of the hotel was perfect for the old town with just a short walk to the heart of the area. "

"Korkcu Konak was a great place from which to enjoy Safranbolu. Spacious room, clean, nice bed. Good location, just off the main road, with easy access to the old city and view points. The hosts were warm and breakfasts were great. We loved it!"

"This hotel is a true gem. It is run by the kindest and most caring couple. We stayed in 14 hotels in 15 days across Türkiye, this was the absolute BEST. They pay attention to every small detail to make sure your stay is perfect and authentic. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable and clean with lots personal details and handmade surprises. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding and included homemade jams and other specialties. I highly recommended this sweet hotel and would happily return there myself. This place is a true gem."

"Beautiful property set in a an old Ottoman house with a garden. It's within walking distance of the Safranbolu town centre, which has plenty of eating & shopping options. The owners are the sweetest, nicest people, very personable & helpful. The breakfast is a big & delicious spread with lovely personal touches, like the homemade jams. We loved Safranbolu as a town and would love to visit again. If we do, we'll be sure to stay at Akbulut Konak again."

"This pensione-style accommodation is an authentic Ottoman era house right on the doorstep of the Old Town. The room was very small and the ensuite was cramped which made for a claustrophobic feel, but the hosts were very friendly and one night gave me a free meal! And the position was perfect, I think fine for a one-night stay but beyond that there are better options."

"This is a lovely hotel and I had a wonderful stay. My room was beautifully decorated and filled with natural light. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. It is a two minute walk to the old town where there are all kinds of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Bu otel ile alakalı hiç hoş şeyler söyleyemeyeceğim, evet tarihi bir konak olmasi çok güzel fakat tarihi konak olmasıyla wc nin kirli olmasını(klozetin tabaninda çıkmayan siyah birikintil kesinlikle bağdaştıramadım ki otel görevlisi bunu bahane sundu. Banyolarda ses yalıtımı diye bir şey yok, üst kattaki sanki bizim kaldığımız odanın banyosunda duş alıyordu. Bunların dışında heryerde örümcek ağı vardı, sehpaların üzerinde bir karış toz, odaya yerleşirken temizlik yaptık. Konum olarak güzel biraz arada bir yer yürümek gerekiyor. "
