"We've stayed at the island half a dozen times and this hotel has to be at the top of the list. The hotel is located close to the centre and has a lovely garden with good sized rooms. The breakfast varied each morning, the hotel staff did an amazing job with how professional they worked."

"A very clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was pleasant. The bathroom was spotless, and the room had a small terrace. It can be a bit noisy due to the nearby main boulevard, but overall it's a great place to stay. I recommend it!"

"The service was amazing. All staff were very friendly. Our room was lovely and spacious and light. The little touches throughout our room and all the property were lovely. The outdoors was a lovely area to have breakfast and just relax. We stayed only one night but wish we could have stayed more. It was convenient for our trip to Gallipoli and having books to read about the area was a great help. Most spectacular was our breakfast which kept coming and it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend Eceabat as a base for exploring the area and Hotel Casa Villa for a relaxing stay"

"Great hotel to stay while visiting Bozcaada. Clean, modern, and well-appointed rooms. Convenient on-site parking. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Walkable distance to downtown using one of the free parking lots near the town center. Property and the surroundings' are beautiful, quiet, and well taken care of. Excellent breakfast on the outdoor patio, and complimentary tea and coffee all day long. Well priced for Bozcaada. Will be our lodging choice from hereon when we visit Bozcaada. "Beware. Scam. Expedia should not be listing this “hotel.” We arrived at night with a prepaid and confirmed Expedia reservation in English, only to told by people who arrived in their car that the “hotel” (it looks nothing like the pictures) was full. They then tried to take us to another place with another name. Furthermore, I don’t expect Turkish people to speak English but maybe they shouldn’t post in English on Expedia."

"Fantastic view in the dining area"

"This is the second time I have stayed here whilst visiting the Gallipoli battlefields. it is very convenient, relatively cheap and close to many restaurants, small markets and the ferry to Çanakkale. A good buffet breakfast is provided. Unfortunately not all the staff speak English however the owner Paul is frequently around to assist with any questions. There is limited on street parking to the rear of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift and senses controlling lighting in the stairwell don't always work in the rooms at the front of the hotel are very small, compared with those at the side and rear of the hotel. All up though good value for money and very convenient. Also be aware that the crowded house tourist agency is not connected to the hotel any longer."
