"This property looks great from outside but it needs a full renovation badly. It felt like walking into a hotel in the early 90s. Carpets in the rooms are worn out and faded. Staff don’t show a lot of enthusiasm for what they do.
Housekeeping was the worst. Upon arrival I noticed duvets were not very clean. A lot of hair on and in the duvet. I had to ask for them to be replaced. The shampoo and body wash container in the bathroom was empty throughout my stay. I travel with my own so didn’t need...

Good location within a few minutes walk of four restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop. Takes approx 1 hr to get to centre of trieste on the bus or 30 mins on the ferry. Only small down point was the reception bar never seemed to be open"
"Arriving at the ultra modern hotel we were dubious but after easily parking (free) we entered the vast entrance and we were quickly allocated our room with balcony and offered a credit for the spa.
The room was modern and spacious with a very comfy bed. The fridge was filled with free drinks and in the morning breakfast was a dream. All the highest quality fixtures and fittings made this stay 5 star. "

"We had chosen to stay in this hotel for the proximity of the Bohinj and Bled lakes. It was perfect for us, we did a lot of hiking. You can easily start a trip directly from the hotel.
We liked the breakfast and the dinner in the hotel. Dinner is in buffet, not an abundance of choice, but everything was tasty, and the staff made sure everything was constantly refilled. The people at the reception have been very helpful and friendly. We also liked the pool in the adjacent aquapark. Perfect to relax after a long hike.

The simple interior design consisting of aluminum, marble (the real one), and mirrors let the 180 degree view of the Adriatic Sea speak for itself. The breakfast service was excellent, and all receptionists (except for one grumpy guy) were kind, pleasant, helpful and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed evening swimming in the Adriatic Sea after my business was over. A surreal and beautiful experience we have had. "
