The is no 24 hour reception there. The one who does the checking in does not stay at that hotel, you will have to wait till she comes to check you in. Had this other occupant saying that that...

"This is a new property. The room I was in must have just been finished because there was still a significant amount of dust on the floor from the tile grouting. Even the glassware in the cupboard had a layer of dust on the inside. On arriving back after a day out the bathroom door was shut. When I opening it it had the strongest smell of epoxy or other chemical (not cleaner). Obviously some additional work had been completed. I think the room was let too soon.

Stayed here many years ago when they first opened. No breakfast due to COVID changes. Good wifi internet. Stairs are somewhat steep so not good if you have any disabilities."

I queried this and noticed that they gave my room to their frequent guest and I had to suffer as am not a regular at the property. I was later given a room which had a small window still not the room I had booked and paid for. Just when i though I had all the terrible experience the dinner was even worse i could not swallow their wings...
