"The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this."

"We had a nice 1 night stay at the hotel. Hotel is not a 5 star one so do not expect that but it is good value for the price, It was so nice to lay down next to the pier/beach and relax. Water was also really warm. Breakfast was basic and okay. Some suggestions. The lawn next to water is full of duck poop. Poops are the same size a cat would make. Those could be scooped up by the staff to make it more enjoyable for the quests."
