"Overall dirty and unkept. AC barely produced cold air and water pressure was super low. Was booked for 2 nights but literally checked out after the first night because of how uncomfortable it was. "

"Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"

"Traveled with seniors and this property was not “senior friendly”. Mold in rooms including bathroom which were in need of updates. Staff was trying to be helpful but they had limited resources. Disappointing especially since we expected a comparable decent experience as QM in Downtown Lucena."

"The worst hotel I've ever been to, I paid 80 dollars for one night and it should be a 1-star hotel the worst you can find, better than writing and seeing the photos I posted to see the reality of the hotel .The mini bar didn't work, the water in the sink wasn't clogged, the toilet poured water underneath, the air conditioning was from the 1850s and made noise that couldn't be sleep , the small lunch is better not to try, The water to drink you had to go out of the room to fill the jar,I had two cups with a spoon, I don't know what if I had nothing to drink,"

"Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!"

"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "

"Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life "
