Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff super friendly and lovely quiet location of a night. Bed was so comfortable and facilities included everything you need. "The location of this hotel for visiting the Eiffel and using the Metro is excellent. We were on the 3rd floor which, by Canadian standards is the 4th floor and there isn't an elevator. We had backpacks and I had two surgeries prior to arrival. Regardless, we don't feel like we suffered and it added to the charm of the hotel but it might not be for everyone."

However the web page and confirmation were very unclear (read nonexistant) about how to find or get to the hotel from the airport. Ie take tram to terminal 3, go outside and walk across the street. We spent waaay too much time trying to find it."

Since it is a smaller hotel the front desk staff remembers you and greets you when leaving and returning for the day. The main door is locked every night but a front desk person is always there to let you in. We liked this extra level of security and safety. We would definitely stay here again."
