"Staff were great, building was unique!! Beds were comfortable.Breakfast was great.
We were never able to get hot water. The exterior needs a good painting and the water fountains definitely need cleaning. But I would stay there again."

It was +40C when we visited, so we had to use air-con (which worked well), but it was blowing on the face so a little uncomfortable. For me, the bed wasn´t good. Room is quite small but ok for for 1-2 nights stay."

Can’t park nearby so don’t even try (damaged both bumpers after Google misdirected is down the narrow streets to a nearby unloading area). Better to park and carry your stuff. "

"Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. It looks historic but has all the modern convenience. We felt well taken care of by the staff. The location is close to old town, so no car needed, if one wants to go eat a meal. The two pools are great."

Few electrical outlets, no cupboards or drawers for our clothes and poor lighting, but the heating worked and the shower was wonderful. The breakfast served was outstanding.
