"Odd location for a hotel, nothing nearby, no sidewalks and fast vehicles on roadway. Loud, almost like there was no staff onsite. No cleaning of washrooms and no towels provided. "

"THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. I stayed here three days and found this place to be oneof the worst lodgings in my time staying in 60 plus countries. Dirty, communal bathrooms and toliets, bad vibes, no check in service between 10-6:30 and terrible location all contributed to a horrible experience!
I would ask that Expedia delist this place from options available to protect customers from bad experiences "

"Very nice Chateau with modern and clean rooms.
Walking between the main castle and the house with hotel rooms is a bit inconvenient but ok.
The restaurant for dinner was busy and perhaps under-staffed. We experienced quite a wait to order and I had to ask literally 5-times to get a bottle of water. The food was good and the waiters were generally nice. "

"Good: Friendly and helpful staff, good size and clean rooms.
Bad: Located in a peripheral industrial area adjunct to the stadium. Few amenities: no fridge, crappy coffee maker (no tea). One room cleaning skipped for no obvious reason.
Ugly: breakfast is limited in choice and bad quality, served in a depressing prison-style canteen. "

"A lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice cooked breakfast and continental. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay, in walking distance from shops, lake and beautiful park "

"Lovely hotel in a great area if you’re traveling to learn more about Geneva. Easy walks to local parks, theater, the old town, public monuments, shopping, and awesome food places. Loved the art deco look of the hotel. Great welcome reception. Good help when we had questions. Good advice for Restaurants. We’ll definitely go back here when we’re in Geneva next time."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel in Geneva. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable—with a well-equipped kitchenette, washer/dryer, and efficient air-conditioning."

"The staff were amazing and so helpful with all of our requests.
The room itself was very small and the hotel lacked amenities such as a swimming pool or any common area to socialize. Additionally, there wa no where to grab take away food "

"Located near both the train station and the key sights in Geneva it was the perfect place to stay. Lots of character and not for those of you who insist on luxury but it was clean, safe and the perfect place for me to stay solo."

"Super convenient location, trams stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are quiet, super clean, and the space is really well used. The common areas are great and clean too, with a kitchen, lounges, and an amazing terrace. Last but not least super friendly and helpful staff. No question: if I come back to Geneva, I’m definitely staying here again!"

"What a lovely hotel , the staff were warm and welcoming, lovely lounge and breakfast area , cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, thoroughly enjoyed our stay "
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Pleasantly Surprised!
I was honestly blown away by how incredible this hotel was—especially for the price! The room was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with fantastic water pressure in the shower that made it feel like a luxury spa.
The bath towels were impressively large and plush—such a nice touch you don’t always get, even at more expensive places. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and their warm, accommodating attitude really stood out.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how much value we got for such an affordable rate. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!"
