"My hosts were professional, friendly, and eager to please. My one bedroom unit was bright, tidy, and expertly decorated/appointed. The washer/dryer was a wonderful addition to my stay as this allowed me to pack fewer clothes for the duration of my month long trip. The fitness center was expertly equipped and the rooftop pool, refreshing and picturesque. Finally, I found myself within walking distance of a well stocked grocery store and plenty of street-side and restaurant dining choices. I will definitely seek to stay at this property again given the chance."

"This is not the original Golden Crystal Experience prior to massive renovation and apparent split into 2 separate hotels. Staff rude..bathroom rug dirty..only 1 towel though reservation was for 2 adults..restaurant service slow and rude enough that after a 2 hour wait and being sent from one location to another, my husband gave up and left. Check in staff apparently rude to my husband. I made the reservation in his name, so he would be able to pick me up at airport at 7 AM. We live 4 hours away. They gave him all kinds of grief, the one staff member suposedly able to handle an expedia reservation was not there, they acted like they thought my husband was a fraud. I stayed in the Golden Crystal Experience every Monday to Wednesday for 18 months. My husband on several occasions drove me, had dinner and spent the night before driving home. My name on the credit card should have been familiar to the staff..apparently not. Gone was the fluffy fleece throw on the bed. Shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. The light in the bathroom did not work. There were many switches on the walls that didn't seem to connect to anything, an electrical mishap waiting to occur. The sheets were clean and the bed had good back support. But that is not enough for me to bother trying to stay here again. "

"A very nice resort that gives off a boutique feel with the chalets. Stayed at a junior suite chalet and absolutely loved it. It features a full sized fridge and microwave tucked away in a fairly sized kitchen space. Enjoyed the continental/buffet style breakfast as well. The staff was very courteous as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I had the chance. "
