"Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There aren’t many food options around so you’ll need to get a tram 1-2 stops but hotel was good value "

"Friendly staff. Everything you need. Solid and clean. Parking at level-1 only 15€. Completely quiet room despite the proximity to the railway. Good breakfast. We will stay there next time for sure. "

"It is a brand new property (one year old). The rooms are small but ver comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was well done with a great selection for most dietary needs.
The lounge in the evening has a very quiet peaceful ambience.
Most staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple front desk people were somewhat gruff of dismissive when assistance was sought.

"The room was spacious and bright. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety. The complementary coffee/tea, and water station at the reception is a nice touch. It also had free access for guests to the gym next door. There are nice restaurants nearby and the downtown area is within walking distance.
The downsides: the bottle of water inside the room wasn't complementary (but it's clearly labeled as such). It was only possible to have 1 key to the room (for two persons) & in our...

"The place is very convenient. There is a good supermarket very close to the hotel, and there are variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Though the room seems a bit old but I enjoyed comfortable stay for some days. "

"Very adequate location and hotel in comfortable walking distance to public transit. Quite close to the Christmas markets, which was the purpose of our visit. One thing to note- the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, request to be located in the 4th floor or below."

"Very nice hotel, breakfast has plenty of choices and offers something for everyone. The room are nice and the bed comfortable. I had only 2 issues, the aircon did not work in our room, luckily was not hot, and the check-in stops at 10:30. I was coming from a long drive and I was stunned by it. Got lucky the guy at the desk was running late and helped me out but the entrance barrier did not open and you kinda stuck on the outside car park if you cannot go across the grass with the car. Overall a good stay and i will stop again."
"This was a very relaxing hotel that was close to everything in town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations for our first family vacation to Germany."
"We loved our stay here. We had the most spacious room in all of our travel in Europe. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the breakfast was top-notch. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!"
"Top notch boutique-quaint hotel, 15 minutes from Caracalla spa. and 15 mins to Old Town. Breakfast was so classy with made to order eggs. Quiet to sleep and room had lovely appointments. VALUE ! Would HIGHLY recommend. The window shade are electric that darken the room for restful sleep"
"Wonderful stay. Convenient location, clean and comfortable room.
Breakfast had good choices as well as taking beneficial environmental steps- impressive. Would stay again anytime."
"This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."

"Tucked away in a delightfully convenient location—close enough to the pulse of the city, yet far enough to feel like a true retreat—this hotel is a shining example of what modern hospitality should feel like. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was met with warmth, grace, and professionalism that elevated my stay beyond mere comfort.
The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. Genuinely friendly and impeccably trained, they strike the rare balance between attentiveness and discretion. Every request was met with a smile, and their seamless coordination behind the scenes ensured my experience felt effortless from check-in to checkout.
Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest.
Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

"Very cozy hotel with easy access to the spas, walkable distance to restaurants in town and bus stops to other places of interest. Staffs were helpful. The room was comfortable with nice AC. Like the modern artsy decor!"
"Very convenient location for the palace and the university. Staff was very helpful and the room was larger than I expected. Breakfast was delicious and the staff serving were very considerate and friendly. In-room complimentary snacks were varied and delicious"
"The Desk Staff provides excellent customer service, very helpful. The restaurant has good food and service. Housekeeping can be scheduled if you want. "
"The hotel is located in the centre of a commercial area. This means that there are plenty of shopping facilities just a few metres away. The rooms are clean and very new, as they have just been renovated, and the room also had a fridge. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work. The reception was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. As the hotel is right next to a McDonald's it can get very noisy, so always make sure you get a quiet room at the back. The parking situation is not easy as there are very few free parking spaces, otherwise the hotel has an underground car park for €10 per night."
"Very nice stopover along the autobahn. Extremely dog friendly, with a dedicated dog pen in the back, and more private parking behind the property. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom in good condition. "
"Really convenient hotel, with a parking garage. We stayed for a couple of days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms had portable air conditioning since there’s no central air. It worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Everything in area was walkable. Would stay here again if we were in the area. "
"Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."
"Great all around. Check in machine didn't work and had to use counter. The guy was nice but skipped me and went to the guy behind me who had ordered a pizza. No problem until they started having a conversation about other things and snacks. After a long day to wait while 2 people have a conversation and you being skipped isn't fun. "
"133 Boutique Hotel is a convenient hotel in a very central location with many dining and shopping options. The rooms are sufficient spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the AC is working fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is available. Parking is possible in two nearby garages. The hotel offers everything for a comfortable stay in central Karlsruhe.

"Good to have this new hotel, very new room and great facilities. I really like the GHD hairdryer. The area is a little far from the town center but still walkable. Other than the check-in process, I was not greeted otherwise, usually this is not the case for this pricing point."
"It was easy access and easy to find the parking space. The room was clean and good enough for 3 of us.Though the 3rd bed could have been better.Walkable distance from all the areas.Would def stay here agai. If i visit Karlsruhe."
