"The room was as advertised. There was no staff which was nice since a lot of hotels have check in ending at 8 pm. The parking situation was confusing since there are only three spots but I called the emergency number and the gentleman instructed us to park anywhere as long as it doesn't block the cars and views of the guests. "The Old Cottage was a small drive from reception. This proved to be worthwhile since it was beautifully located in front of waterfalls and among trees. It was truly wonderful to be in an accomodaiton that allowed you to enjoy the natural beauty of Iceland. The accomodation was also very spacious and clean.
